When a family starts this search, usually in a hard week, the sites they find first are built to capture their contact information and sell it. Prices are blurred behind forms. Averages are quoted without dates, sample sizes, or sources, and they contradict each other by thousands of dollars.

We publish the price and the openings we could actually verify, with the date we verified them, or we state plainly that a community declines to disclose. That's the whole product. We have verified 41 communities across five counties so far — 16 in Davidson, 14 in Williamson, and 11 across Wilson, Sumner, Rutherford, and Maury (Spring Hill) — each checked directly against the community's own published facts on the date recorded against it, the earliest being 2026-08-23. We'd rather grow slowly with verified facts than quickly with estimates.
