The offer
- Ninety days free. No card, no commitment, cancel with a phone call.
- After that, $149/month, locked for twenty-four months — below the standard $249/month Verified price, for as long as you keep the account active.
- A permanent "Founding Partner" mark on your profile, kept even after the rate expires.
- Cancel anytime. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the standard rate — the locked price only holds while you stay.
What we do for you
- We build your full profile from one thirty-minute call and whatever photos you send us — you don't write anything.
- Direct inquiries from that profile go to your community alone. We don't shop your leads to competitors.
- A one-page report each month: profile views, inquiry count, and how your starting price compares to the submarket median.
- A quarterly call with the ten partners together, where you help decide what we build next — the availability sheet for discharge planners came out of one of these conversations.
What we ask
The same two things every Verified listing asks for: a weekly availability update by text, and a monthly pricing confirmation. Nothing else changes hands.
Why only ten
Ten is a real cap, not a marketing number — we can build ten profiles by hand from a phone call, sit on ten quarterly calls, and actually read ten monthly reports before writing them. An eleventh partner would get a worse version of all four. When the tenth seat fills, this page updates to say so.
